Technology has been the main factor in this increase of working ours, which is starting to lead to the social issue of employee burnout and increased turnover. To help reduce this issue, the French government is introducing legislation that gives workers the "right to disconnect" which means employer must negotiate policies on employees use of technology after hours. 2. Right to disconnect is a right or law for employees to disconnect from the work or can say no to engagement in work-related communication for examples emails, confessing, calls, messaging etc during the non-working hours. It is proposed by French legislation under human rights.

Yes, I see this type of action by companies itself to take rest for their employees to prevent burnout and frustrations of work in none working hours. The organization faces some type of impact by the right to employees such as loss of anxiety wearing social relation in the workplace, no downtime, too much screen time during working hours, lack in performance of system etc.
