Health care system and government participation in fulfilling the needs of health care providers various resources and supplies, equipment should be worth enough and ethically concern to meet the needs of the emergency needs like food, water, vaccine, housing, security, medications to narrow the issues. Various stakeholder's participation in practical consideration increases the utility of treatment priority. Social justice and patient autonomy should be in consideration with moral, social and legal implications to increase satisfaction. Health care providers including a nurse, doctor, pharmacist, physical therapist, specialist, social workers, and respiratory therapist, lab tech training and education dealing pandemic episodes important priority to make immediate action. CDC engagement in the prevention of death and hospitalization ensures health care providers function and works on the pandemic.
