One of the most important problems my society faces today is the substance abuse. More number of people, especially youngsters use drugs. The implications of drug use for the individual, their families and the society are imminent that they go under lots of stress and waste their abilities by not doing something. Few byproducts of drug use are illegal movements of drugs, increased crime rate, waste of human resource, more stress, more family break etc. Governments and families alike are in great turmoil in handling the drug issue among youngsters. Legalizing drugs would reduce people getting involved in illicit transfer of drugs and at the same time save their time. Drug licensing would ensure that both the families and the governments have direct observation and control over people who use drugs. Government can tax not just the drug seller but also the drug user for the amount they would be spending if the person who uses drugs becomes incapacitated. Stopping social services if the person overuse the drug and skip work and stay at home.
