Globalisation is a trend of increasing interaction between countries worldwide due to advancemnet in technology, communication and transportation.There is no boundary separating the countries for the trading of goods, and exchanging labor force across the world.

Large Scale gobalization started in 19th Century when the countries across the world became little liberal in terms of carrying out the trade with foreign countries.It has also developed because of the advancement in technology, and transporattion.

Argument 1 : Developing Nations are benefitted more due to globalization compared to developed Nations. this is due to the reason that more number of foreign companies from developed nations have started trading with developing nations and along with that they got the skills and expertise to manufacture goods and better quality products which ultimately benefit the consumers.

Counter Argument : Developed countries are benefitted more as they are able to expand their market share beyond the national boundaries and thus earn more sales revenue.

Refutation : As Walmart is able able to expand beyond the US boundary, the company has expandedits market share and sales revenue.

Argument 2 : Developed countries are benefitted more as they are able to earn more sales revenue by selling their products in the foreign market and thus taking away the share of sales of the domestic players in the developed countries.

Counter Argument : After expansion in the developing countries, the firms fromdeveloped countries bring in large number of employment opportunities and thus benefitting the developing country citizens.

Refutation: Ikea Furniture after setting up their unit in India generates 50000 job opportunities for the local residents of Bangalore India and thus benefitting the country.

Argument :Developing countries are benefitted more as large number of employmnet opportunities are generated for the local population.

Counter Population :Along with employment opportunities , firms from developed nations eat away the market share of the small mom and pop store players in the developing countries and thus small players lose the sales and earning opportunities.

Refutation : After Walmart entered India, 35% small mom and pop stores wre forced to close down as they lost their earning opportunities and thus became unemployed.
