The article I will be reviewing is "The Relationship of
Diversity Management and Servant Leadership with Organizational
Identification and Creativity in Multinational Enterprises," which
was available in 2019.
With globalization, a transition has taken place from a single
culture society to a multicultural one. The article looks into
analyzing what effects management has on cultural differences.
Findings from the study have shown that cultural differences
between the home and host companies profoundly affect the
internationalization strategy. Often organizations encourage
diversity and cultural competencies. With the increase in the
number of people from foreign nationalities and the rise in women
in the labor force, understanding the effect of management on
culture is crucial.
Significant cultural differences that management has to handle in a
global business are language barriers, religion, gender, what taste
they incline towards, the board style, aptitudes, identities,
instruction, etc. To be fruitful, they have to form their business
activities as per the neighborhood social models; they have to set
up a worldwide outlook.
