5. Consider the record of your eating across three days in mid-October, and the daily variability in energy (calorie) intake. Discuss how each of the following types of influences may have plausibly contributed to this variability. Define each of these influences as part of your answer; a few sentences for each type of influence should suffice. Hedonic; homeostatic; social; genetic; sensory-specific satiety

Hedonic Influence
It is the influence of someone's pain or pleasure experiences that steer a person towards or away from a goal or threat.
My cheat eats of burger and pizza are due to hedonic
influence.
Homeostatic Influence
Regulation and stability which is achieved by a certain need for balance.
Milk and fruits intake is due to homeostatic influence.
Social Influence
It is the influence that is caused intentionally or unintentionally by the actions of the perspective of people in the society or social circle.
The burger is also a social influence as I am influenced by what
peers eat.
Genetic Influence
These are the inherited influences that we have innately.
Intake of grilled foods is genetic - I prefer grilled foods.
Sensory-specific satiety Influence
It is the influence associated with eating foods that are not regularly eaten in order to derive pleasure. The food that is eaten regularly is not pleasant anymore as opposed to the food that is not eaten.
Steak is sensory specific, I'd rather prefer steak to a chicken when I haven't had steak in a long time.
