In this assessment, I would describe my proposal for a marketing campaign for Nike. Here, my marketing plan is related to how we can encourage and improve the knowledge base of our new product ( new range for sports shoes) in the target market and attract more customers.

So, following are some details:

1. Target Market

Here, our target market is the population lying in between 18 to 24 years of age, and we would work forward to attract them.

2. Goal

Campaigned the main goal is to attract customers by providing information about our new product and to promote the health and fitness of the youth.

3. Approach and strategy:

We would try to increase the use of technology in this marketing campaign and digitalize it. We would try to spread awareness in the audience regarding health and fitness and would formulate a strong base from that. We would provide a quality product, which would be a very comfortable, and lightweight pair of sports shoes to satisfy customers

4. My proposed promotion mix and marketing communication tools:

I would suggest using social media platforms and other digitalized ideas of marketing to promote our product, as it is widely used by the customers. Apart from social media, we can also make use of email-based advertising to promote our product in the target market.

Here, I think this is the right promotion mix for achieving my goals with this audience because social media and other digital platforms are highly used by the audience lying in this age group. Moreover, the target market also trusts and relies on the image of any brand on such platforms. If a brand has a good amount of followers on Instagram, and likes on Facebook pages, our target market, i.e., youth will look forward to trying the brand.

So, it would be a suitable strategy to attract our audience.
