1. Be Visionary see beyond: Activity happens twice in life. The first time it occurs while in the thought process and other time post-implementation.It empowers the future seeing beyond the existing challenges and issues. It provides the freedom to the team members to actualize the vision of life. It helps in holding the future in the mind and determine the path of the defined goal.

2. Invest time in communication: Our time is precious. It must be utilized wisely. The major issue prevails due to mis-communication. Communication is the pillar of success. It built relationships between people. So we must have clear communication through proper mode of communication. Communication should be effective., Communication could be oral, written, or through any mode of communication.

3. Develop coping mechanisms:We must have a healthy coping skill to manage the stress or issue that occurs in life or while working in an organization. If we manage well it will help in performing better. There are different types of coping mechanisms. The emotion-based coping mechanism can be enhanced through meditation, exercise. And Problem-solving mechanism needs to change the situation through the help of others or the planned way to tackle the situation. Those who have developed this mechanism will lead the success in life.

4. Performance with purpose: To get the long term success, we must have an act based on our purpose in life. Our life purpose should be clear and the path should be defined accordingly.

All activities should be aligned in such a way that purpose should be fulfilled.

5 Develop a global perspective: Post internet revolution, the world became flat. Communication became easy. Now any message can be delivered within a second to any corner of the world. 6. Don't mix Professional life with Personal: There should clear distinction between Personal and professional life. It should not be mixed. It creates lots of distrust.
