1) As a counselor ,he /she should help or treat the patient to cut down the alcohol intake first .it is because the alcohol itself is central nervous system depressant ,which means any amount of alcohol intake will harm the brain and leads to depression .
Many of the client are preferring alcohol to distract their mind to get releive from sadness or any persistent feeling .Alcohol gives Only a temporary relief but increases both the severity and duration of the depressive episodes .alcoholism also causes other stressors in life such as career ,family etc and increase suicidal thoughts ,moreover alcoholism makes the antidepressants less effective .
So the counselor treat the alcohol disorder first for an effective result by counselling and providing various other alternatives for alcoholism.
2) As a counselor ,the counselor should do a comprehensive evaluation about the child behaviour.the counselor focus only on a few behavioural problems at a time .
The counselor provide services to help and to empower the child .counselor praise the child for every positive behaviour.
The counselor act friendly and solve problems of the child .
The counselor meet the parents or the other person who interact with the child inorder to analyze more and to provide better guidelines for the parents for taking care of the child .
The counsellor should arrange for individual and family Therapy for the child and provide positive comment to the child.
The counselor use and teach parents about behaviour management techinique to deal with the child inorder to reduce the aggressive and angry nature of the child .
3)Post traumatic stress disorder occurs when a person experience trauma .here both the army persons experience same signs and one experience PTSD ,this is because it is clear from the studies that not every one who goes through trauma will develop PTSD.
PTSD is common in military people because of traumatic events in their job .it is normal for the body and mind to be in shock after such traumatic event but in some persons this normal response become PTSD when your nervous system gets stuck This is why some people develop PTSD and some lead normal life even if they experience same symptoms after a traumatic event.
