 The financial aspect:- In this expensive era, for making a bright future we really need a good amount of money because as we know that without any financial support we can not get admission in any reputed university or college for instance as I had a dream to do my higher study in any developed nation so that I can get any possible opportunity that can help me to make my career bright. In this way my parents spend large amount of money to make my dream true.

 Previous work experience;- it is also an one of the major aspect that can effect in our life when we our future plan. For example if someone have a positive role model in a particular career or positive work experience then it will definitely influence the future work choice. As we know everyone wants to continue to do job related to their previous work experience so that they can put their best as they can because if a person already have knowledge in particular field definitely they will be able to their best

CULTURAL BACKGROUND - Cultural background is very important when we choose our future destination like it depends on what type of person you are , if you are a type of person who loves to see and learn new culture and feels like learning more about people's cultural beliefs you must choose a place where you will see new people who have different cultural beliefs than you have and in order to gain knowledge and see how diffferent people see this world in different ways . And if you are person who wants to learn more about your own culture as you were not enable to learn the most important part of your culture earlier you should choose a place where the people as same as your culture live. There are a thousand different ways you can possibly get the answer of your question all you have to do is put yourself in the situation and think what you had liked if you were in that situation.

FINANCIAL ASPECT - The choice to study abroad may seem very daunting but it can also be one of the best decisions you ever make. Although studying and living in a foreign country can be overwhelming and rife with challenges such as homesickness and financial instability, it also offers many potential advantages. The experience can help you expand your cultural horizons and develop a more ‘glocal’ (global + local) mindset, especially if your home country has a completely different cultural or social ethos. Life as an international student can also help you develop your people skills, make you more independent and challenge you to consistently learn, do and be more. And as the world becomes increasingly ‘flat’, pursuing education outside the comfort and familiarity of your home turf can improve your international career prospects manifold.

Unfortunately, many aspirants are unable to convert their ‘study abroad’ dream into reality because they lack adequate knowledge about the necessary financial considerations involved in the process. Even if they do realise their dream, insufficient initial planning means that their dream is often tainted by the constant struggle to stay financially afloat. PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE- One of the major aspect , every person wants job according to their previous work experience so that they will be able to make money as before and they cannot be considered as newbies or interns in their new job place . The main reason is everyone wants to become famous and wants to be called expert in their workplace. The person assumes many situations before going to a new workplace such as that there would be no expert in the field he is in and he will try to be the most important person in the organisation and many more ,all the dreams fly away when the person was choosed to be in some different group other than what he is working now , this demotivates the person and stops him from trying his best to settle in his new work place .
