It is important for HR professionals and leaders to understand the steps before implementing a performance management system for organizational success. Consider your organization or any organization you are familiar with and evaluate how you would implement a new performance management system for this organization.
( I applied Communication Plan , Training program for EvaluatorsوPilot Testing (UAT) and final rollout)
Where do you see the appeals process as fitting into this new implementation process? and Why?
Performance management system: It is the continuous process of identifying, measuring, and developing the performance of an individual in order to achieve organizational goals. For eg. Iwe talk about HCL(Hindustan computers limited) company is the leading global technology and IT enterprises. Their performance management system is to biannual appraisal cycle for all the team members, online appraisal system, quarterly feedback on projects and behavioral traits, etc.
If they conduct a new performance management system in which if they apply a communication plan, a training program for evaluators pilot testing and final rollout.
If this plan carries communication i.e. set expectations with accountability, objective and performance standards it is the duty of the management to keep assessing the employees' performance and similarly improve the flaws.
an organisation can conduct pilot testing that is a type of software that verifies whether a system is in operating condition or not. its purpose is to evaluate the feasibility, time, cost, risk and performance of the research project.
Rollout plan means to ensure implementation of the features in order to meet organizational objectives
This new implementation start brings positive result, it enhances organizational productivity and makes the employees more promotive and productive.
