Accreditation in KSA. Your opinion regarding: Challenges (at each one of the different system level)
Accreditation is an internationally recognized evaluation process used to assess, promote, and guarantee efficient and effective patient care and safety.
KSA abbreviated as knowledge, skills and abilities and most often used by hiring authorities when a candidate is chosen for a particular position. It is a framework applied during job recruitment. Equally marked candidates can be tested through these criteria.
Knowledge refers to a particular body or collection of information that can be applied in various places.
Skills are particularly referred to as an individual's talent in doing something extraordinary. It can be gained through experience and practice.People with good skills will be highly efficient.
Abilities are things that a person is capable of doing it well when compared to others. Ability can push a person still high.
KSAs needed by the firm depend on the firm's core business, the skills required to perform a specific job etc.Hence, to achieve organizational objective based on a strategy, it is required to have the right talent pool to perform well. Current KSAs can be modified to include the KSAs required to achieve future strategic objectives.
