Basically, The theory is a group of various ideas interconnected to explain the ideas. If we are talking about any idea then we are explaining thought and purpose which impact ultimately. So we can say systematic ideas which is set out for future shall be a theory.
In my view there's various theories are too good but natural law is plausible since it works independently of human. Its a relation between moral natural laws and positive human law.

I have a lot of example but a few of them are to explain about natural things like tree which is worshipped as gods in Hindu culture. Here's a river is also treated as goddess and earth is called as mother. What I meant to say here is to explain about human tendency with the law of natural scenes. We all knows very well that without Earth trees river we can't imagine about human existence.
