Service brand company faces lots of challenges as they have many unique characteristics like they are intangible or they can't measures the quality of service statistically.
The service provider company that i use is uber which provide cab service all over the world.
The challenges that service brand faces are like they can't get enough information about their customers so every service provider company start the process of kyc that means know your customers so that they can get knowledge about their customers, their need etc.
They faces the challenge to provide the service in real which they cannot display or put off. So the Company decided to get feedback instantly after they provide the service and make serra in changes as per the likes and dislikes of customer.
