answer-

We learned that Distribution is very important element of marketing Mix. Distribution means how a Company or organization able to distribute its product or services to end consumers. My distribution strategy will be including both direct as well as indirect distribution strategy.

Direct distribution where Organization like rehabilitation facility will provide direct rehabilittation service to injured atheletes.

In this strategy, Our physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons will help those injured athletes. Some therapists and orthopedic surgeon will be present at stadium so that they can make sure that athletes have not suffered any injuries to their muslcle and bones.

In dinrect strategy, we use intermediaries as a way to provide services. In this our facility will teach and train some lessons and key points to trainers and coaches to handle low level injuries so that they will be able to treat them in time and then take atheletes to our facility which we then properly take care of atheletes.
