Disruptive innovation is an innovation that is cutting edge and ahead of the curve type of product or service that is so fresh that a whole new market is created as a result of this innovation. It is so disruptive that it creates a disturbance in the already established brands and their customer base. One of the classic examples of disruptive innovation is when a company brought digital photography and traditional ones were obsolete before we knew.

With the markets becoming smaller and smaller due to increased reach, disruptive innovation now has a greater impact ,even at a global scale and more rapidly to other nation's markets as well.
