Apple, a brand that everybody would love to be associated with has actually created its own image. The reason why people or customers would want an Apple branded device is not only because of its quality and innovation, its also beacuse they have maintained their Brand value in such a manner. Apple, even after getting international presence in a huge way, never diverted their focus towards the segment of customers that they have been targeting.

We often see customer's complaining that Apple charges their customers very high, part of which is absolutely true but the reason for their charges to be high are also logical. This can be known only once one researches about the kind of technology and nuances that Apple maintains to deliver the highest quality of product in the market. When compared to other brands, Apple has been the most succesful in creating the largest demand although catering to only a specific segment of customer. Steve Jobs, who was very particular about the kind of product he manufactured and always kept customer satisfaction ahead of any other factor. He was very particualr that any customer using an Apple device should not be uncomfortable and should always cherish the experience of possessing an Apple device.With innovation taken to a different level with the launch of every new product by Apple, it has created the concept of disruptive innovation and thereby helped in building up their brand value to top notch.

Now that the legnedary Steve Jobs is no more and has handed the mantle to Tim Cook, the brand is in safe hands. Tim Cook has assisted Steve Jobs over years and knows very clearly about the values and preferences that Steve Jobs had while devicing a product or promoting a product. Although, not the same now as it was at the time of Jobs, Apple has succeeded in maintaining a decent structure and procedures to ensure the quality and brand reliability maintains.
