The world is becoming more diverse with the help of international business, globalization, immigration and increased level of tourism. This would mean that people from various walks of life have come together in various societies for work, life and leisure. While many people have gained enough understanding, exposure and experience thus, learn to accept, respect, appreciate and adopt the best practices of each other without much difficulties. However, there are others who feel that they are the superior race and culture, thus try to dominate people. However, things have changed a lot which help people create a cordial environment in which people live with others by sharing the resources and lifestyles. Nevertheless, the society has to go a long way in establishing equality in terms of equal treatment and equal opportunities.
