INTRODUCTION
- Political diversity is a term used to describe the degree of differences to identify the features among the members of a specified groups or minority groups
-Political diversity may depends on the following factors such as;
-AGE AND GENDER
-FIELD OF WORK
-RELEGION AND CULTURAL BELIEF
-GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATIONS
-SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS
-EDUCATIONAL STATUS
-THINKING ABILITY
-WORK EXPERIENCES
-INCOME AND MARRIETAL STATUS
HOW LACK OF POLITICAL DIVERSITY MAY AFFECT PERSONS LIVES
-decrease the job opportunities for minority groups
-less connections between the community areas
-delayed organizational growth and development
-there is an increased social bias
-inequalities in job delegation
-there is less trust between the members in the specified groups
-delayed productivity levels of an organizations
-communication difficulties and cultural inequalities
-there is an absence of good politician
-prohibited creativity of an entire team members
-low establishment of humanity and cultures
-decreased mutual respect for equalities
-there is a development of low success oriented ,co-operative and caring community
-delayed services to minorities and disabilities
-politicians have less less point of view on future issues
