  • It will helps us for the professional andpersonal growth
  • Simply meet the challenges in our society in accordance to the health
  • Will improve quality of care, improve outcomes, and reduce spending, especially attributed to unnecessary hospitalization, repeated diagnostic testrepeated medical histories, multiple prescriptions and adverse drug reactions

Position in health care as an supply and demand or influences of economic, social, and market demand

  • Nurses are struggling hard to keep up expectation but still they don't have recognition both from hospitals and society
  • Nursing is high pressure job
  • As a nurse we have to held lot of responsibilities such as meeting the demands of the patients according to their needs, assisting in procedures, updating paper work etc.
  • The main aim of nurse is to do their roles and responsibilities but currently many problems that cause issues for nurses such as:
  1. Staff shortages
  2. Meeting patient expectations
  3. Long working hours
  4. Work place violence
  5. Work place hazards
  6. Personal health
  7. Random way of assigning duty
  8. Questioning nurses for every problem in hospital
  9. Disrespect for nurses
  10. Low salary
  11. Living Expenses and food
  12. Thus some times they may consider the health care as a commodity that influences economically socially etc

Rationale:

  • Many of the hospitals meet their budgets and save costs whereever they can by cutting down on staff because they have less support and they have to work more
  • Patients have very high expectations but because of budget and staff cuts they can't meet the expectations

Nurses can live with out earnings as per work but they can't live with negligence and disregard fromothers in the society

Government need to create awareness among public about nursing jobs and their sacrifice to make better society without illness
