- access to care : make sure you understand proper to needs of patients to access the care of patient .

-respect for patients preferences : what patients acrully want and how he is suffering , recognize the preferences of patient well and accordingly respect and give proper source to thier preferences .

- cocordination and integration : make sure you are coordinating and integrating with the patient to assess fullfillment of patient care .

- physical comfort : analayze the comfort and accordingly observe and provide patient with facility to acquire the physical comfortability for them .

- Mental support : treat patient lightly , and calmly with greeting them and by motivating them which will help them to recover fast .

- involvement of family and friends : feel by what patient is becoming happy to meet their family and friends , involve family to take the dicisions in the treatment , respect the values of patient .

- information and education : give prooer information and education to the patient as well as to the family of the patient to avoid misconception and through which they can focus on recovery and health .

- continuity and transition : keep all things of treatment transparency between patient and the family of the patient , treat well and take follow up .
