Today most trending and contemporary social issue is unemployment.a lots of well qualified youth are getting desperate for a job.following theories in each prespective view this problem in following way.

structural Funtionalist:

According structural funtionlist prespective, each part of society make relatively stable and interconnected like Education, economy , culture and society performing as a whole.it show the positive aspects of society . The issue of unemployment can be eliminated by the collective effort of members in society. Each person should take their responsibility to develop productivity , create new job and contribute in state welfare .Therefore, state financially will strong and creates more oppertunity of job for unemployment.

Conflict Theory:

It is originated by the writings of Karl Marx in class conflict.it provides antigonistic , disharmony and ever changing nature of society .The conflict theory gives negetive outlook of socity.some people who are capatilist or in position never wants to benefits of others and remove of unemployment .they are only self interested.so while they deprived others , conflict will created there.They don't understand the needs and requirements of poor , needy people.
