Teamwork:

• Teamwork increases the involvement of individuals and maximizes the ideas and helping hands.
• Each of them put their opinions wherein lot of informational ideas are obtains which helps in more constructive form of work.
• As there are many people involved in a team there are more resources which means problem solving wont be a big issue.
• As we have shared opinions which are in different streams but to achieve same objective goal, which means we have huge wisdom to attain more improved outcomes.
• All the members have their own responsibilities which increasing risk taking power and we have huge intellect as there are many members, for any kind of problems arised.
• This will make a stronger team which also make the weaker one built themselves being in a team.

VERSUS

Working Alone:

• Dependency reduces here were we do not have to rely on others and have our own space to work.
• Person can focus increasing concentration and completing the task or assignments more faster.
• Decision making would consume very less time as there is only one individual involved.
• The hard work involved has to be done by the only sole member and the credit as well is not distributed likewise in teamwork.
• No much discussions, interactions with others will be needed as we see in team work.

Teamwork Costs:

• Trust and dedication are the basic and fundamental cost for working in a team
• Interaction/Communication among all the team members is very important for ensuring diversity of capabilities
• Constructive freedom to create ideas and adaptability.

Working Alone Costs:

• Risk involved for collection of ideas, research work, continue monitoring work completion.
• Work load burden no distribution of work involved.
• Limited sources of creativity and ideas.

Firstly understanding the theme and topic for the assignment given is very important. Collect information from all available resources, take all the different opinions from all the team members. Make a healthy interactive environment for every member to step forward and come by their creativity and ideas.
