A) How can the "normal" bias of people affect the job search or work evaluation of racial minority or ethnic minority individual? Can you think of an actual experience or perhaps make up a situation whereby a bias was unjustified in judging a racial-ethnic minority person?

According to my view, any educational institution and indudustres should not give biased treatments to any type of learner because it is both immoral and unethical.
It is a widely accepted fact that in most of the educational and other institutions discrimination like racial, cultural, socio-economically, and gender bias are present.
For example, In many Asian countries, girls are not allowed to go to the schools or continue their further study.
Gender bias is also very common in western developed countries. Due to it, women lack I the opportunities as compared to male students.
B.
confirmation bias & belief perseverance are generally used as analogous or synonyms to each other but they are different.
Confirmation bias is the tendency to observe, analyze, interpret and learn or memorize the information according to their belief. On the other hand belief, perseverance is referred to that state when an individual stick to his belief even it is proven incorrect. A
Belief perseverance shows the tendency of humans to ignore any idea, concept, theories that contradict their beliefs. For example, a person is denying to change his belief even you provide scientific and other evidence that proves him wrong and continues his belief like smoking is injurious to health but he denies to that.
Several experiments have been done to study these concepts.
