what is the definition of Social Inequality?
Social inequality is the unequal sharing or the unequal distribution of opportunities , resources, positions, wealth, rewards, status, power, goods and services etc within a social group based on class, ethnicity ,gender , health care etc.
Social inequality is linked with other inequalities such as gender inequality, racial inequality, wealth inequalities etc. Social inequality creates unwanted stress and anxiety to the people who experiencing these inequalities and results in the damage to health and mental wellbeing.
Social inequality exists in local level, National level as well as Globally. People who suffers social inequality faces many conflicts such as unemployment, low income for work, no or little access to health care such as for consulting a specialist, diagnostic procedures etc, limited access to transportation, etc. Social inequality will creates financial instability, and affects the growth and development of Nation.
