C)crying is incorrect and correct both because first if the stress is too much crying and talking is out helps but continuously thinking about it and crying gives birth to much more stress. So ont crying is better but if one feels relaxed that way it can be done
D) fighting is incorrect, be it internal or external , fighting will lead to more complexities and much more stress
