The article I read was about Coca-Cola Company. It covered how the leadership of this company manage and motivates it employees towards achieving the objectives of the enterprise. Coca-cola has a unique brand name globally, and it is one of the most influential enterprises everywhere throughout the world having a rare chance to remain among the distinctive brands in all extents in the terms of the business demonstration. However, in the course of the most recent decade, the firm has battled back to achieve its monetary destinations and has been united with some moral emergencies. It is among the one of the great refreshment organizations generally and worldwide and is known for promoting the four of the world's biggest soda pops that is, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Fanta
The vision and goals of the leaders of this organization are to manage all the production factors so as to attain one aim which is profit making. They have incorporated their operational tools towards a one unit of production in the process enabling a smooth running and management of the company

Through the above motivational strategies, the goals and vision of coca cola company were achieved. The employees upped their job morale and job relationship leading to increased levels of production that eventually results in high volumes of sales thus high profits. Every employee improves in his working capability with an aim of being rewarded by the company of good work. Job specialization resulted in job perfection thus enabling high levels of production making it easy for the business to achieve its set goals and objectives.
This leader was a transformation kind of leader because he works with employees to recognize the required change, making a dream to manage the change through motivation, and executing the adjustment in pair with conferred individuals from the gathering. He also served to enhance the motivation, morale, and job performance of stakeholders through a variety of mechanisms. The mechanisms include connecting the employee's sense of identity and self to the company and the collective identity of the organization. He was a role model for his employees to move them and bring their interest up in the task; challenging group members to take more prominent possession of their work, and understanding the strengths and weaknesses of members, allowing the leader to align followers with tasks that enhance their performance. The leader was effective in guiding the company towards achieving the set objectives.
