Craig is trying to strike up business with GloboFlex, a fitness equipment company from another country. While he is presenting his innovative fitness product, he asks the crowd, "wouldn't you like a product like this?" As he asks the question, he points at a few of the people in the crowd. Later that day, Craig's contact at GloboFlex calls to tell him that the company has decided not to purchase his product. Which of the following most likely caused this response?

Multiple Choice

  • GloboFlex considered his question and decided his product doesn't suit the company.

  • Craig's audience might have thought his pointing was rude.

  • GloboFlex decided to produce the product itself instead of working with Craig.

  • GloboFlex's country placed an embargo on Craig.

  • GloboFlex's country won't allow the company to import Craig's product.

Solutions

Expert Solution

The correct option is that Craig's audience might have thought his pointing was rude. This shows atrocious nature of Craig as a business partner. Reflects ill-well and self centered business gesture.

The first option cannot be right because the question does not reflect anything about Craig's product suiting or not suiting the company. The 3rd options is incorrect cause if Globoflex would reproduce Craig's product by themselves, this would means duplicacy and forgery and would be punishable by law. The fourth and fifth options are highly unlikely. There is no reason as reflected from the question why the country would place as enbargo on Craig. Its highly unlikely and is moreover insensible that Craig's question to the audience could cause such a repurcussion. And if Globoflex's country wont allow the company to import Craig's product, they would know that in advance and would not have arranged for a audience presentation in the first place.
