Do you think that the world benefits from the rise of automated processes as a whole? Does it vary from country to country? Does it vary depending on economic status? Explain your answers. (150 words Minimum please thank you)
The world has grown exponentially when it comes to technology and advancements related to it. The growing interference of what is called research and development has made humans leap and in present times, almost nothing is impossible. Humans have pushed their limits to a point where almost anything and everything is achievable.
Automated process are one of the direct results of technological advancements. The less use of humans in the production process and almost full use of machines for production process or calculation of monitoring etc. , Like roles are now being fulfilled by one single Machine. A machine does the same work with more efficiency and accuracy and with time the areas of work have also increased which the machines can perform.
Automation has come in as a boon for the producers as it definitely reduces the production cost. The consumers are also benefited greatly as the finished productions is not only low priced but better in quality with minimising any errors of production. This is true for every country . But the situation if labour market vary from country to country.
Let us assume a market where the labour is skilled , even in such cases the labour is working as a secondary option, who needs to be trained for the new machine automation technology . If the economy can afford to make it's workers trained then the labour get's proportionately high wages . But on other hand, since most of the counties have labours which are not skilled, automation is responsible for driving a large amount of labour to be pushed out of the market. This causes loss of wage and aggregate demand in the economy and this leads to fall in growing income.
The process of automation is inevitable . The countries must make an extra effort towards making the labours skilled and up with the changing technology for their own benefit and country's interest.
