Ans1 Absolute means expressing a strong opinion about something, when a person is sure about something. It also means “without any doubt”.
Ans2 Cultural relativism refers to not judging a culture to our own standards of what is right or wrong. Instead we try to understand cultural practices of other groups in its own cultural context.
Cultural absolutism- It is a philosophical position that declares a society’s culture to be of supreme ethical value. Culture absolutism is the idea that psychological phenomena, such as intelligence and honesty, do not differ from culture to culture.
Ans3 Types of propositions-
1. Simple proposition- it does not contain any other proposition as a component part. It is independent.
2. Complex proposition- it is dependent. It contains two or more simple proposition. It gives us information about more than one fact.
Ans4 Moral proposition as one which contains a prescription and moral value. Empirical proposition, assert or deny something about the real world. Empirical proposition is a state of affairs that occur in the external world, true by evidence while moral proposition that has moral import like abortion is evil but not always in certain conditions it is right as well. Moral proposition is also derived sometimes by Empirical proposition.
