Solution :-

17) According to me these four competency is required for a recruiter.Because social media and marketing tools have to be used by the HR recruiter for finding the best active as well as passive candidates. And email is one of the powerful tool to tap the talent. Emails can be used to have sales pitch for recruitment process. Other than that ,Recruiters have to build strong relationship with prospective candidates, referral channels, clubs and professional associations.

So all the four are correct answers

18) Involuntary Turnover

When an individual or leaves the job as per his choice then it is called voluntary but layoff is just opposite of it. It means when the employee or a group of employees are suspended temporary or permanently. So it is a Involuntary turnover.

So c is correct answer

19) Orientation and Training

The orientation and training is a direct cost to turnover as the costs related to employee leaving, replacement cost and transition costs related to training and etc. comes under direct costs of turnover.

Option A is correct.
