Solutions

Expert Solution

An organization manager, president, boss or chief executive officer can be satisfied with proposed change if they are consulted first before implementing change, since they are the senior management team of the Starbucks they have an obligation of knowing what is going on in their organization and hence informing them about change will be a great idea, it can also help get support to the proposal.

Customers are part of the organization stakeholders, if their feedback is put to implementation in the proposal about change they will know that they are of value and their requirements are a priority to such an organization. Clients will be satisfied through customer satisfaction which delivers what they ask for.Suppliers and organization vendors can be satisfied with a proposed change if they are updated about change so that they can be ready for it and know on its progress. If I were leading the Starbuck, then I will do following things as below:

  • Explore brainstorming for 500 million saving: We will explore brain storming session with the key leadership people to generate ideas to explore if we can find some ways /means for saving for 500 million for the organization.
  • Cost Reduction opportunities in the Starbuck: We will have detail review with the leadership team to explore cost reduction opportunities so that we can have saving of around 500 millions.
  • Continue spending for strategic projects: We will continue to spend in strategic projects and will try to compensate the spending of strategic projects from other means in the organization.
  • Explore profit increase for Starbuck: We will continue to explore profit / revenue generation for the organization so that we can minimize the spending in organization.
  • Keep high running stores live and manage their spends with other budget and review if there are any strategic stores in the planned 324 stores so that we can manage to start them for future benefits.
