1. Poor communication is one of the biggest influencer in creating conflicts. Individuals feel competitive and then threatened when there is gap in communications; thus giving rise to conflict.
2. Poor communication often results in misunderstandings. Misunderstanding creates a scene where individuals feel that the opposite person is working at thwarting the success. Therefore it creates conflicts.
3. Heavy workload leads to stress and job burnouts. Under these circumstances people become less patient and more aggressive. These conditions are often the influencers in creating conflicts between individuals.
4. Acts of discrimination by the managers create a sense of fear and individuals become envious of each other leading to beginning of conflict.
5. When individuals share common resources an environment is created where they become competitive to each other. Both the parties feel that opposite person is a threat; therefore this situation gives rise to conflict.
