What should society do to reduce the possibility of discrimination in the workplace? What policies would you propose if you were the CEO?

Discrimination means treatment with unbiasness on the basis of age , color, gender, religious beliefs etc.

The polices to be introduced to reduce the discrimimation at workplace are-

(1) Proper education to all the employees at workplace- All the employess should be proper education regrading the discrimination. They should be properly trained get familiar with discrimination law that can harm the society as well as workplace.

(2) Strict company policies - There should be strict company policies and all the employees should be informed about the policies That whomsoever will try to dicriminate the employee at workplace will be fined or directly terminated.

(3) Activities should be conducted- Many intresting activities and workshops should be conducted so that employee of every caste gets the opportunity to work with one another. This will also create coordination among them and relations will be suitable.

(4) Counselling sessions- Counselling sessions should be imtroduced for those employees who feel demotivated and not find priviledged among everyone in form of racial dicrimination. This will motivate them and lead to success in their work job.
