3. Recall the businesses you looked at in “Activity: Sizing up the Competition.” Are there any social media channels you think those businesses aren’t utilizing, but should be? Justify your response by referencing points made by the Inc. Magazine article.

1) Business to Consumer is the main user of social media sites. Because the social medias are the best platform to reaches to all level of consumers. It is very easy to identify the preference of the consumer, the drawbacks of the products, trends needed by the consumer etc through social media. So it helps the business to improve.
Business to Business needs a little use of social medias because the business activities among the business men are always formal in nature. So they also prefere direct meeting i.e official meetings for doing business. Business meetings are always seceret ones. Because the meetings should have secret agendas for the growth of the business. When an agenda is drop out in social medias then the rivalries of the company makes steps for the failure of agenda to avoid the growth of the company. So the business men,majority of them avoid social medias for business to business activities. At the same time they use email such as private technologies in their business.
So we can say that social medias are mainly used for Business to Consumer .
