What z-score value separates the highest 15% of the scores in a normal distribution from the lower 85%? (Note: use the closest value to the top 15% listed in the Un Normal table)
So to find the what z-core value separates them we have to find the closest value to 0.85 in the z-table.
If you look at the table I have attached below, you will find the closest value of 0.8508 which is in the row of 1.0 and the column of 0.04 so The z- score value is 1.0 + 0.04 = 1.04
Answer is 1.04
