When you develop a communications plan, research is of course vital. But what should you consider when you plan it? Think of this in two ways. First, how would you identify the things you need to know from research. Second, what constraints would you have to take into consideration as you zero in on what to do?
Communication is the process of transmitting ideas and information. For community-based organization, that means conveying the true nature of your organization, the issues it deals with, and its accomplishments to the community.
1. What to do to successfully communicate with your audience. The rest of the communication plan consists of three phases.
1. Make an action plan.
2. Design your message and share it with your audience.
3. Evaluate your communication efforts and coordinate your plans.

Purposes, audiences, messages, and channels can vary, but there remains a need to maintain relationships with the most important people in the media and community. As a result, an important part of any communication plan is to continue using and reviewing experience-based plans while they exist.

The steps are:
1. Identify the purpose of communication-:- it depends on what you want to achieve with your communication strategy. Recognize or cure the crisis of the organization of the public intellectuals.
2. Identify your audience-Know who communicates logically planning your audience. To influence the population, sometimes you need to listen to people's messages, including pastors, community leaders, and politicians.
3. Message planning and design:-Please consider the content, mood, language and pattern when composing the message.
4. Resource considerations:-The plan must carefully define what can be spent and the amount of time and reason staff and volunteers need.
5. Disability and emergency planning:-Various things can happen in communication efforts. It is important to anticipate this type of problem and make a plan to solve it.
6. Make a strategy for media and how to interact with others to help spread the message-establishing relationships with specific media plans is an important part of your communication plan.
7. Write a plan of action:- the task is to place yourself in a plan that can act now. When this point is reached, the plan is essentially implemented. We will continue to make better efforts.
