- it gives real-life work skills enhancement while earning a stipend for that training.

- If an employee performs well in his/her apprenticeship there are more chances that the company will hire them directly and employee do not have to find employment elsewhere.

- They get to earn while having practical training.

Apprenticeship attractive to employers because:

- They are getting work at a lower rate than regular employees.

- They can find a potential brilliant employee while giving them training and get to know the potential of that person also.

- It also reduces employee turnover ratio and increases the productivity of the employee as they are under training and if they are suitable for the company then the company will hire them and meanwhile in training the employee will learn all required skill that will increase the productivity of that employee.
