1. Now a days electronic health recirds are very useful in the health care facility. During olden days the treatment and inpatient and outpatients details were documented in the manually written records. After many years due to environmental conditions the papera may get teared down or damaged. Then the system electronic medical recordi g came into existence.

2. The emr system is wodely used in almost all health care facilities around the world. The main motto is for fast identification and remove errors. There will be person at the reception who enters the details of the patient and allot him a specific number during the treatment the physician or his assistant will enter the diagnosis part and at the pharmacy they will enter the therapeutic drug details finally the nurse or clinical pharmacist will verify and explain every step to the patient and adds follow up schedule. Then the whole patient details will be entered when , he enters as existing patient then no need to carry all his old records to hospital by simply remembering the number he can get all information in th hospital itself.
3. One of my friend who works in general medicine department explained the condition in her departmwnt that is the differwnce between old and new systems. How their work flow is decreased and easy way to process all the data. The economic health recors is an innovative process. But there is need to store all the data eventually because it can cause some downfall sometimes.
