Expert Solution

Cyclical unemployment is the type of unemployment that results when demand of goods and services in an economy cannot support full employment level of output.

Frictional unemployment means the unemployment that exists in any economybecause people are in the process of moving from one job to another.

Structural unemployment results from technological changes, industrial reorganisation etc.

1. Income decreases - As income decreases, demand decreases and leads to cyclical unemployment. This would worsen cyclical unemployment.

2. As the government tries to close job search websites, those looking for other jobs, and have left jobs to look for other jobs would remain unemployed or would get lesser opportunities. This would worsen frictional unemployment.

3. The introduction of online and distance learning programs would lead to skill development for people and the old jobs would not mathc their new skills and lead to worsening structural unemployment.
