Action plan which should be followed in context to minorities versus justice system must involve legal cases that were significant in firstly laying out the foundation for oppression of the minorities as a whole and then the legal cases which were able to reflect the minorities in the social settings that we live in today. Recommendations or suggestions should always be given priority which can be applicable to the minorities or the majority of a society or community which can help in uplifting the minorities of that particular community or society.

Social work can be very helpful to address issues such as minority related issues because they help in development of sensitivity towards cultural and other issues that are faced by the minority in the society e because of the oppression by the majority of that particular community.

Two more sources from where someone put learning about the issues of minorities and taking actions is to work as a volunteer with organizations which work for these minorities already and the other Method can be spending time in touch with the minorities to get insights about the current issues of the minorities instead of politically framed issues.
