Good maternal and child care is the basis of healthy generation.Until and unless a teenager get proper sex education at her school level wont be able to reproduce a healthy baby.Sex education regarding changes in puberty to school children determines their awareness to follow to achieve good outcomes for their future.The physiological and psychological changes should be accepted by the child so that only he or she can act accordingly.

Good prenatal care is essential inorder to prevent complications to mother and baby.For instance,administration of iron,folic acid ,calcium tablets is to avoid deficiency disorders to baby.Periodic health check up for the mother to monitor the health status of both mother and baby should be done as per policy.Education about harmful effects of tobacco,alcohol and use of drugs in pregnancy should be given .So a descriptive research study should be beneficial.
