It is not yet clearly known that if pregnant women are more susceptible to be infected by COVID 19 as compared to the normal population . Despite this , pregnant women are advised to not to take social contacts , or reduce it by social distancing, but it is an established fact that the some women with pregnancy alters , and how the body fights some viral infections. though the evidnce for coronavirus is still in insufficient and that why it is the reason that pregnant women are advised to be extra cautious during this pandemic .
By some preventive steps the womens can safe herself as early as possible .;-
1-) As ths is a very new virus that makes everyone anxious and in fear . and all the information and evidence is still not available to us . As , there is no evidence to suggest an increased risk of miscarriage if exposed to COVID-19 . Where as there is also no evidence in medical science of vertical transmission which refers to the ability of the virus to pass to theunborn baby during pregnancy or not .
If one pregnant women with the positive test reports for COVID 19 , after delivery to give statment that it seems still doubtlful to clear the concept so, esearch are still gone . Thats why its unclear whether teh baby contracted the viral infevtion in utero or shortly after the birth . Experts opinion is taht the baby is unlikely to be exposed during pregnancy . and is aslo unlikely for the baby to have any defects in the development as a result .
2-) yes , breastfeeding is considered safe , The benefits of breastfeeding to the infant far out weigh and th e risk of transmission of coronavirus through breastmilk also . The main risk of breastfeeding is due to the close contact with between the mother and the baby which can pose a risk of droplet infection that can spread to the baby while breathing , but it can minimize the risk of transmission by doing such steps;-
(3) since ,, vaccaine is under construction , and the only supportive treatment has practice in the healthcare deparment , so , they is more preference towards the precautions aganist coronavirus which we talked above ;,
THe treatment for COVID 19 is similar to the treatment of the other respiratory illnesses.
