The current performance of GE (general electronics) in market share as in 2018 their CEO JP morgan raised its two-year rating from underweight to neutral and market share decreases by 13% to 8% before the market opened. GE market stock increases in 2019-2020 and reaches 14% market share but due to the present epidemic global market going downturn and the company also face decrement in market share again. GE is a leading electronic company that is originated from the USA.

To change the corporate strategy of GE broken down in four steps like planning, implementation, monitoring, review.
