Beers criteria are commonly used in geriatrics clinics to monitor and improve the quality of care . Beers criteria mainly recommended for older adults about 65 years and older ..This criteria is widely accepted practice standard to assess the complications in older adults . And also Beers criteria is intended to improve medication sellection ,reduce adverse drug events ,prpovide tool to assess cost pattern and quality of care of drug used for aged 65 years or older
