Generally Human resource recruitment Process includes following steps.

1. Identifying the Need.

Identify the the need of the recruitment. On which position you want to hire the person, the detailed job profitle shall be prepared and based on that the searching of candidate can be started. Additional roles and responsibilities which are related to the post shall be identified, the required qualification of the candidate shall be determined.

2. Searching For Candidate:

You can give the advertisement in the news paper or onwebsites or other sources with short details of recruitment process, required qualification and job profile.

3. Arranging Various Tests :

Check the received applications and make a list of complete and correct applications, other applications shall be invalidated.

After that, sometimes Written Tests are arranged to check the academic general knowledge of the candidate which is required for the Job Profile. The candidate who have passed the written test will be eligible for the Practical Testing

4. Arrange Practical Test:

Sometimes it becomes necessary to check the operating and working effectiveness of the candidates, for that purpose, practical test can be organised. The candidates who have cleared the test will be eligible for the interview.

5. Interview of the Candidates:

Those efficient candidates who are selected from the Practical Test will be called upon the Interviews. In that Recruiter or Top Hring Authority will take the interview. In that stage, all the required clarification relating to Job Profile, timing, Salary and incentives and other all matters shall be discussed with the candidates. Selected candidates will receive the Job Offer letter from the Management.

6. Hiring the Candidate:

On confirmation from candidate, organisation finally hire them as an employee. Other Documentation Process shall be started relating to the hiring.

7. Training:

training becomes necessary for the organisation when they hire fresher candidate. In other cases also, some required training shall be provided.
