Introduction-The Famous Movie Inch’ Allah Dimanche, is a French Algerian movie, which discusses the life of Algerian immigrants in France. The movie plot 1974, when the French government decided to allow the families of Algerian people working in France to legally emigrate to join them.

Summary- The movie tells the story of an Algerian family. Upon arriving in France with her three children, Zouina (Fejra Deliba) is sent off to live in a house that her husband has rented for them. Unfortunately, she quickly realizes that her husband has no intention of allowing her to see the country as it exists outside of the house and is prohibited from leaving.

The movie describes realistic problems which women experience in stranger country, no friends, and no relatives were there to help her.

The character of Fejra as Zouina is very emotional, she fights for her rights, needs, and children. She meets different kind of people some are good who helped her while some are extremely bad who tried to use her, every plot of this movie comes with adventure and problems as well as little happiness.

The movies also describe cultural hurdles and language barriers, she has a strong willpower which helps her to fight problems and established herself in a different environment.

In my opinion, movies projected some specific thoughts which were working behind the plot making and dialogues. The movie counter Cultures, Problem of Women, hard time of a single parent family and willpower to fight against a hard time.

Background:  What is perceived to be ethical by some people may be easily considered unethical by others. There is not always a right-wrong, yes-no, black-white answer when making decisions. Within organizations, a code of ethics can serve as an ethical guide for employee behavior; however, such codes are often general in their ethical prescriptions. On the other hand, individuals are often left to make ethical decisions simply based on what they perceive to be morally right. Exercise:  Follow the steps below in...
