The strategy of ethos deals with ethics and character.

My opinion on child labor is that it is abusive and unethical. It's abusive because at this small age children are suppose to get education and develope their skills, that will help them in future. Child labors are always being abused and paid less than adults. This is so unethical. As doing work they did not get education which causes them left behind in competition with children of their age who are studying. And because of this they get a lifetime poverty. Owners and parents who forces kids into labouring are not good people. They have no ethics, and they are not kind. They are just greedy ones. I'm a socialist and working to stop child labor from past 7 years. The child labor has decreased in past few decades but it's still there. Our NGO find out child labors through the country and take legel actions against their owners and parents. Then we reform these childs giving them proper education and a life they deserve.
