The LPN are responsible to provide safety environment when mobilising, providing feed ,safe medication practice ,appropriate documentation,educaye the clients ,etc. ,

The RN generally supervise the work of LPN and ensure safety .They also take responsibility in providing the most safe environmentby early diagnosis and treatment under providers guidance ,plan care so that nothing is missed out, they provide intensive care above the level of LPN. They are subjected for most of the legal issues when arises .

The nurse manger frames the rules and regulations ,protocols ,guidelines to the other nurses for ensuring safety of the patient .They supervise their work and guide them .Ensure training is provided and knowledge is imposed in care.They oversee the legal consequences if faced by nurses and help them out.
