  • Educating the staffs regarding the organization policies .Ensuring them to follow the rules and regulations ,guidelines in order to improve the process .Ensure the staffs as a job satisfaction so that the employees involvement can be increased and thus the process improved .Rewarding the best performer in order to boost the staffs and remove their reluctancy to change thought .
